“The Root of Business Is Education”… Park Pilseon, CEO of Seyoung Food, Donates 150 Million Won to National Pukyong University for Its 80th Anniversary

Relay Donations for the 80th Anniversary Continue
Development Fund Ceremony Held on the 23rd

This is more than a simple donation; it is an investment in the next generation.


On the afternoon of December 23, National Pukyong University (President Bae Sanghoon) held a ceremony in the university headquarters reception room, where Park Pilseon, CEO of Seyoung Food, delivered a development fund.

On this day, CEO Park Pilseon delivered 150 million won to President Bae Sanghoon, stating, "I hope this will contribute to the innovation and leap forward of National Pukyong University as it celebrates its 80th anniversary next year."


For over 40 years, CEO Park Pilseon has developed businesses in the food sector, growing Seyoung Food into a leading group catering company representing the Busan region.


Currently, the company operates businesses targeting schools, including National Pukyong University, and is recognized as an outstanding local enterprise. Recently, Park was also honored with a merit award from National Pukyong University.


CEO Park Pilseon said, "While running the company, I also attended the Pukyong CEO Academy and was able to take excellent classes at the university every week. I feel greatly rewarded to be able to participate in celebrating the university's 80th anniversary," adding, "I hope that students, who are our future, can learn freely at the university and go on to thrive globally."


In anticipation of its 80th anniversary next year, National Pukyong University is conducting a relay donation campaign. Following the first donation of 300 million won from Jung Yongpyo, CEO of KAM, on December 18, CEO Park Pilseon has become the second donor to participate.


National Pukyong University plans to use the development fund to support the cultivation of outstanding talent and academic research projects, aiming to grow as a research-oriented university and as an AI innovation and global specialized university.
