Comprehensive Disaster Management Discussed Through Expert Lectures and In-Depth Discussions
On December 22 and 23, Korea National Oil Corporation held the "2025 KNOC Safety-One-Heart (Disaster Safety)" workshop, attended by all disaster management personnel from both the headquarters and the oil stockpiling bases.

This workshop was organized to systematically respond to various types of disasters, including natural and social disasters, and to share and promote the importance of disaster safety management across the entire organization as a public enterprise operating the nation's core energy infrastructure.
Under the slogan "Safety-One-Heart (Disaster Safety)," the focus was placed on strengthening the company's disaster response capabilities at the organizational level and establishing a prevention-oriented safety management system.
During the workshop, discussions were held on topics such as the direction of the corporation's disaster mitigation activities and ways to improve the on-site action manual. In particular, an external lecturer was invited to further enhance the disaster management personnel's understanding of disaster response protocols they must possess.
Choi Moonkyu, Acting President, said, "Through this workshop, we were able to strengthen our members' disaster response capabilities," and added, "We will continue to make every effort to create a safer corporation through thorough, prevention-focused disaster management."
