ChatGPT Enterprise is a service for businesses that provides faster speeds compared to the free or Plus plans. In addition, it offers enterprise-grade security and privacy protection. Other features specialized for corporate use include an expanded context window for processing longer inputs, advanced data analysis capabilities, and a variety of customization options.

Samsung SDS will provide comprehensive services for the adoption and management of ChatGPT Enterprise, including technical support, consulting, and security services required for companies to implement the solution. Additionally, the company will offer consulting, deployment, and operation services utilizing the OpenAI application programming interface (API).

Through this agreement, Samsung SDS will be able to offer a wider range of services to corporate customers seeking AI transformation, and plans to strengthen its competitiveness in the AI business by combining its industry expertise with OpenAI's technological capabilities.

Previously, the two companies formed a partnership in October and agreed to collaborate on the design, construction, and operation of OpenAI's next-generation "Stargate" AI data center. OpenAI plans to provide AI models through this cloud infrastructure. Stargate is OpenAI's cutting-edge project to build large-scale AI infrastructure, and Samsung SDS has been selected as one of the domestic data center partners for Stargate.

Kim Kyunghoon, General Manager of OpenAI Korea, stated, "One of the main goals of OpenAI Korea is to support the AI transformation of domestic companies. Through the reseller agreement with Samsung SDS, we hope to expand enterprise OpenAI services to more domestic companies."

Lee Hojun, Vice President and Head of Cloud Service Business at Samsung SDS, said, "Through this agreement, we expect to be the first to provide OpenAI's AI services to domestic companies and lead innovation in AI transformation (AX) for corporate customers. We plan to supply ChatGPT Enterprise to companies and customers across various industries."

Samsung SDS plans to offer a range of promotional programs for early adopters of ChatGPT Enterprise, including configuration support, on-site training, and consulting.
