According to Ulju County on December 23, this evaluation involved a comprehensive review of all aspects of cadastral administration, including cadastral survey inspections, land movement adjustments, management of cadastral records, and the speed and accuracy of civil complaint processing.
Ulju County received high marks for raising the overall level of cadastral administration through systematic work implementation and proactive administrative management. In particular, the county achieved outstanding results in areas such as performance in cadastral survey inspections, maintenance of data in the integrated real estate records system, implementation of the prior consultation system for cadastral confirmation surveys, and participation in public project competitions in the field of cadastral management. These efforts contributed to protecting residents' property rights and enhancing administrative credibility.
