The Gimhae Seobu Police Station in South Gyeongsang Province announced on December 22 that a man in his 60s, identified as Mr. A, has been booked without detention on charges of attempted murder.
According to police, at around 10:02 p.m. on December 21, Mr. A allegedly attempted to kill his neighbor, Mr. B, also in his 60s, by stabbing him with a weapon in front of the main entrance of an apartment building in Bugok-dong, Gimhae.

Police urgently arrested Mr. A at around 10:17 p.m. that day and plan to request an arrest warrant for him as soon as the suspect investigation is completed.
