Received a Plaque of Appreciation from the Korea Housing Managers Association Gyeongnam Central Branch
At the regular general meeting of the Korea Housing Managers Association Gyeongnam Central Branch, Changwon Special City in Gyeongnam received a plaque of appreciation.
The plaque of appreciation, awarded at the regular general meeting held at Changwon International Hotel on December 19, recognized the contributions of the Changwon City Housing Policy Division's Apartment Audit Team, which was newly established in January 2024. The team was acknowledged for enhancing transparency in apartment management through audits, consulting, and education for resident representatives and management entities, as well as for supporting the rights, welfare, and trust recovery of housing managers through field-oriented support.
The Apartment Audit Team has not only conducted audits of apartment management but has also provided on-site consulting services to audited complexes, carrying out follow-up inspections and offering on-site advice.
This year, the team's major achievements include conducting apartment management audits for 20 complexes, follow-up inspections and consulting for 20 complexes, and on-site "Sintongbangtong Apartment Management Education" for 11 complexes. These efforts have contributed to strengthening apartment management capabilities and addressing on-site challenges.
Lee Jaekwang, Director of Urban Policy, stated, "Based on feedback from the field, we will continue to promote efficient apartment management support by linking audits, consulting, and education, so that improvements can be made that both residents and management entities can experience firsthand and trust in apartment management can be further enhanced."
