From now on, investors will be able to receive direct investment advice from AI within both HTS (Home Trading System) and MTS (Mobile Trading System). In particular, since the AI analyzes investors' trading data and even suggests promising stocks, a paradigm shift in investment is anticipated.
On December 22, ResearchArum announced that it will provide its proprietary AI investment advisory service, SwingStar, to DB Securities' HTS and MTS platforms. As a result, DB Securities customers will now be able to receive both trading pattern analysis and stock strategy recommendations through AI within HTS, without the need for professional personnel.
This marks the first time in Korea that a service directly integrates generative AI to analyze and advise on customers' trading data through a securities firm's retail system.
According to ResearchArum, SwingStar is an AI investment model trained on more than 150,000 analyst reports on domestic listed companies and daily accumulated trading data. It was developed based on a patented technology (method for recommending stocks based on analyst reports) secured by ResearchArum in 2021.
Notably, unlike conventional simple screening or quant factor models, SwingStar proactively incorporates 'analyst performance patterns' to offer highly personalized investment strategies to individual clients, making it particularly noteworthy.
SwingStar is a new type of investment advisory platform that combines generative AI and data analytics technology to diagnose individual investors' actual trading records at a professional level and instantly provide insights linked to market research.
DB Securities customers can use SwingStar to review the entire decision-making cycle, from trading pattern analysis, identification of areas for improvement, interpretation of market information, to stock strategy recommendations.
