KOSDAQ-listed company Moa Life Plus announced on December 22 that it is partnering with US wellness tech firm AI Wellness Inc. to launch the 'AI-Native PGA Skincare Platform,' targeting the US market.
Through a recently signed cooperation agreement, the two companies have agreed to jointly develop and launch a co-branded product lineup across the United States. These products will be integrated with AI-based applications, digital avatars, smart vending machines, and skincare devices.
AI Wellness is a US-based healthcare platform company specializing in AI-driven personalized health analysis technology, a wellness center network, and an influencer-based communication infrastructure. This partnership is significant because it goes beyond simple manufacturing and supply agreements, aiming instead to develop a new hybrid brand by merging AI-powered personalized wellness systems with functional material technology based on poly-gamma-glutamic acid (PGA). The two companies are preparing for product validation and commercialization, targeting an official US launch in the first half of 2026, with plans to expand into global markets thereafter.
Recently, there has been rapid growth in the integrated consumer trend of AI-powered wellness diagnostics, functional cosmetics, and health supplements, especially in North America. The market is paying particular attention to converged consumption models that connect 'cosmeceuticals + health functional foods + wellness programs' into a single category. Integrated, experience-based consumption structures centered around personalized solutions and data-driven analysis systems are becoming the new standard, moving beyond simple product purchases. In response to these changes, companies are accelerating the development of innovative services and products tailored to the fast-growing global wellness market.
Moa Life Plus is pursuing a transformation into an AI-based wellness platform company that bridges healthcare and beauty, preparing for a leap into the global market. In this context, the partnership with AI Wellness is highly significant as a strategic move to proactively respond to market changes.
Through this collaboration, the two companies plan to sequentially launch the following products: ▲ AIW Skin Hydration Serum-a serum for barrier strengthening, hydration, and elasticity improvement ▲ AIW Deep Barrier Cream-a cream for skin barrier reconstruction and protection ▲ AIW Immune Balance Supplement-a health functional food for immune balance and gut health improvement. This product lineup, which combines cosmeceuticals, health functional foods, and AI wellness diagnostics, is expected to set a new standard in the integrated healthcare market, which has high growth potential.
Additionally, the launched products will be simultaneously sold through AI Wellness’s diverse sales networks, including ▲ wellness centers ▲ online direct-to-consumer (DTC) platforms ▲ partner clinics ▲ content-based commerce channels. The two companies plan to accelerate initial market penetration with a multi-channel strategy and strengthen brand awareness and consumer accessibility in the North American market.
The CEO of Moa Life Plus stated, "It is highly meaningful to introduce a new hybrid brand with global competitiveness by combining Moa Life Plus’s PGA-based functional core technology and AI Wellness’s AI healthcare technology. Both companies will set a new standard in the US market through innovation in functional bio-materials and AI-based personalized health management technology." The CEO of AI Wellness added, "This collaboration is an innovative model that combines clean science-based skincare, personalized programs, and integrated wellness management solutions, and will deliver a new experience in the global market."
