Choroksoft and D-B School to Jointly Commercialize Vertical AI and AI Agents

Choroksoft, a company specializing in artificial intelligence (AI), announced on December 22 that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with D-B School, which operates the IT consulting brand "DB Consulting," for the exchange of AI technologies and joint commercialization of AI-based services.

With this agreement, the two companies plan to engage in comprehensive collaboration, including: ▲ exchange of vertical AI technologies based on large language models (LLM); ▲ joint development of new AI-based services; ▲ formation of a consortium to develop customized AI models and AI agents for client companies; and ▲ joint sales and commercialization efforts.

Choroksoft will take the lead in supplying core technologies as part of this partnership. The company plans to share its proprietary LLM-based vertical AI modeling, high-performance data processing and training technologies, and AI module development capabilities with DB Consulting to enhance the technical completeness of their services. DB Consulting will be responsible for the overall planning, design, and operation of AI agent services, and will focus on maximizing development efficiency and scalability through collaboration with its local development team in India.

The two companies will particularly focus on developing "customized AI agents" for corporate (B2B) clients. By combining Choroksoft's AI modeling technology with DB Consulting's service and operational expertise, they aim to provide advanced AI solutions capable of performing actual work tasks, going beyond simple chatbots. To this end, both companies are actively considering launching a joint brand or releasing joint solutions.
