Hecto Innovation, an IT-based information service company, is entering the e-commerce price competition with its platform "RROUND" by introducing a "Lowest Price Guarantee" policy.
According to Hecto Innovation on December 22, RROUND will host a special event called "Santa's Gift Box," where carefully selected products will be sold at the lowest prices for a limited time. During this event, essential items such as bottled water, food, and kitchen supplies will be available at discounts of up to 90% off.
In particular, the Santa's Gift Box event will feature "Santa Special Price" products. If these products are found to be more expensive than identical items sold by the number one e-commerce company in Korea, RROUND will compensate customers with double the price difference in points, further reinforcing trust in their lowest price guarantee.
RROUND is a participatory commerce platform launched by Hecto Innovation in June. Under the slogan "The Price Formula Broken by Challenges," users receive various benefits such as discounts, RROUND lottery entries, and points every time they participate in a challenge.
