Inje County to Hold Final Special Sale of 'Inje Apple' This Year on Public Home Shopping on the 22nd Inje County's representative agricultural product, Inje apple (Busa), will meet consumers through the last home shopping broadcast of the year on Public Home Shopping at 4:50 PM on the 22nd. Provided by Inje County

This broadcast will feature a special customer appreciation price of 39,900 won for a 5kg premium-grade set of Inje apples (18 to 20 apples). This is a 6,000-won discount from the regular price of 45,900 won, a condition arranged through discussions between Inje County and local producers based on the strong sales results of the previous two broadcasts.

In particular, the 5kg set of 18 to 20 apples consists of apples weighing approximately 250 to 277 grams each, making it a convenient size for household consumption.

Inje County has already proven the competitive quality of Inje apples through previous Public Home Shopping broadcasts. In the first broadcast on November 25, 1,387 sets (worth about 63.66 million won) were sold, and in the second broadcast on December 8, 1,551 sets (worth about 71.19 million won) were sold, recording strong sales. Even after these two broadcasts, inquiries about repeat purchases continued, confirming high consumer satisfaction with Inje apples.

This third broadcast has been planned as a token of gratitude for such support. Considering the harvest season, home shopping sales are not expected to resume until after November next year. This year, nationwide apple production has decreased and quality has declined due to frost damage, wildfire damage, and prolonged rainfall, resulting in an overall rise in prices for market-grade apples. In this context, the price offered in this broadcast is also drawing attention.

Meanwhile, Inje apples are grown in a clean, high-altitude climate with large temperature differences between day and night, resulting in firm flesh, high sugar content, and a harmonious tartness unique to apples. They are highly regarded for their excellent texture and storability, making them suitable for both fresh consumption and as gifts.

Kim Sunik, Director of Distribution and Livestock, said, "We have prepared this broadcast in cooperation with local producers to repay the interest and support consumers have shown for Inje apples this year," adding, "As this is the final home shopping broadcast of the year, we hope for your continued interest."
