On Sunday, the 21st, rain will stop across the country, and temperatures are expected to drop sharply. In addition, strong cold winds are forecast, resulting in severe cold conditions.

The morning low will range from minus 6 to 5 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high will be between 0 and 8 degrees Celsius, which is similar to or slightly lower than the seasonal average.
As cold air moves in from the northwest, morning temperatures in the central regions and Jeolla area will drop by about 5 to 10 degrees. Wet ground from the rain may freeze overnight, creating icy roads and black ice, so caution is advised for traffic safety.
Across most regions, winds will blow strongly at around 15 meters per second (up to 20 meters per second in mountainous areas), causing the perceived temperature to drop even further.
The Seoul metropolitan area and Gangwon Province will be mostly clear, while the rest of the country will see mostly cloudy skies, gradually clearing from late afternoon.
Fine dust concentrations nationwide are expected to be at 'good' to 'moderate' levels. However, Gangwon Yeongseo, North Chungcheong, South Jeolla, and Jeju may experience 'bad' levels briefly at dawn; Daegu and North Gyeongsang until dawn; and Busan, Ulsan, and South Gyeongsang until morning. These conditions will improve as clean northwesterly air flows in.
Waves in the sea will be 0.5 to 3.5 meters high off the east coast, 0.5 to 3.0 meters off the west coast, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters off the south coast.
In the offshore areas (about 200 kilometers from the coastline), wave heights are expected to be 1.5 to 4.0 meters in the East Sea, 1.0 to 4.0 meters in the West Sea, and 1.5 to 3.5 meters in the South Sea.
By region, temperatures (low~high, in degrees Celsius) are expected to be: Seoul (-3~2), Incheon (-3~1), Suwon (-3~2), Chuncheon (-5~3), Gangneung (1~7), Cheongju (-1~3), Daejeon (-2~5), Sejong (-2~3), Jeonju (1~5), Gwangju (2~5), Daegu (1~5), Busan (5~8), Ulsan (2~6), Changwon (3~6), and Jeju (7~9).
