On December 20, Goyang Special City held the "Goyang City Education Development Special Zone Performance Sharing Meeting" at KINTEX Exhibition Hall 2.

More than 2,000 people attended the event, including Lee Donghwan, Mayor of Goyang Special City, Lim Taehee, Superintendent of Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education, officials from local educational institutions, parents, and students, demonstrating strong interest in educational innovation in Goyang City.

During the subsequent lecture session, four renowned speakers-including a writer, professor, perspective designer, and blogger-shared in-depth insights on education and the future. In addition, booths and events were organized to provide a variety of educational information and hands-on experiences related to the Education Development Special Zone project.

Mayor Lee stated, "The Goyang-style Education Development Special Zone is a core model for creating a virtuous cycle in which students learn in the region, work at local companies, and settle in the community. We will continue to improve the quality of public education and do our utmost to make Goyang a great city to raise children and to educate them."
