1,406 Units to Be Launched Next Week in Three Complexes Including 'Icheon Jungri Geumseong Baekjo Yemiji' [Real Estate AtoZ]

Next week, a total of 1,406 apartment units will be launched for sale across three complexes nationwide. As the end of the year approaches, the housing market appears to be entering a slow season.

According to Real Estate R114 on December 20, a total of 1,406 units (including 1,143 units for general sale) will be available for subscription in three complexes nationwide during the fourth week of December. This is a decrease of 1,188 units compared to the previous week's 2,594 units.

Applications will be accepted for complexes such as "Icheon Jungri District B3 Block Geumseong Baekjo Yemiji" in Jungri-dong, Icheon, Gyeonggi Province and "Hanwha Forena Busan Daeyeon" in Daeyeon-dong, Nam-gu, Busan.

In Jungri-dong, Icheon, Gyeonggi Province, "Icheon Jungri District B3 Block Geumseong Baekjo Yemiji" will be offered for sale. The complex consists of 12 buildings with a maximum of 20 floors above ground and two basement levels, with exclusive floor areas of 59 and 84 square meters, totaling 1,009 units.

This complex is located in the Icheon Jungri Housing Development District, where major administrative facilities such as Icheon City Hall, Icheon Art Hall, the public health center, police station, and tax office are concentrated. It is close to Icheon Station, which is served by the Gyeonggang Line and the planned GTX-D metropolitan express railway, as well as the Icheon Intercity Bus Terminal. The Yeongdong Expressway and Jungbu Expressway are also nearby.

A kindergarten and Jungri Elementary School in front of the complex are scheduled to open in March next year. Large corporate production facilities such as SK Hynix, OB Beer, and Emart Fresh Center are nearby, making commuting convenient. Seolbong Park, Seolbong Reservoir, and the municipal art museum are also located in the area.
