First, the company will run a special promotion that returns 20% of the purchase amount as Lotte gift certificates. During the event period, the first 10,000 foreign customers who spend at least 100,000 won at a single brand within the fashion or beauty categories will receive a Lotte gift certificate worth 20,000 won. In addition, the first 10,000 customers who spend at least 50,000 won at F&B stores will receive a 10,000 won discount voucher.

At the main store and Jamsil branch, which have a high proportion of foreign customers, the first 10,000 visitors will receive a coupon for two free drinks at the AVENUEL BAR, further enhancing customer satisfaction.

All vouchers related to the promotion can be collected in paper coupon form at the Korea Grand Sale Welcome Center located in Myeongdong Noon Square. Furthermore, during the Korea Grand Sale, the 'Play Popup Truck' will tour major attractions nationwide and will be stationed at the outdoor plaza of Lotte World Tower World Park near the Jamsil 'Lotte Town Christmas Market' from December 19 to 21 for three days. Foreign customers who visit the truck and present a receipt for purchases made in Jamsil Lotte Town or Songpa-gu will receive either a beverage or the 'Brielly Christmas 3-piece Candy Set' from Sishihoshi.

Overseas payment benefits have also been significantly enhanced. At all Lotte Department Store locations, including Jamsil Lotte World Mall, customers using Alipay will receive an instant 3% discount when spending at least 1,500 yuan, while customers from Hong Kong, Macau, and Thailand will receive an instant 15% discount on purchases over 100,000 won. In addition, at the main store, Jamsil branch, Busan main store, Gwangbok branch, Gimpo Airport branch, Lotte World Mall, and Lotte Mall Dongbusan, customers who pay with UnionPay and spend at least 50,000 won will receive an instant 10% discount until the end of the year. Moreover, at Lotte Outlets, there will be a promotion offering an instant 30 yuan discount on purchases of 1,000 yuan.

Meanwhile, the main branch of Lotte Department Store has newly launched the 'Lotte Tourist Membership Card,' an exclusive benefit card for foreign customers. The card can be easily issued at the tax refund lounge or the foreign customer service desk in the main store with just passport information and email verification. Upon issuance, customers will receive three 5% discount coupons exclusively for the main store, which can be used immediately. The card also features a 7-10% discount at major Lotte Group affiliates, a transportation card function, and the ability to accumulate and use L.Points.

The card design incorporates modern reinterpretations of traditional Korean mother-of-pearl patterns, featuring landmarks such as Lotte World Tower, Namsan Tower, and the Geunjeongjeon Hall of Gyeongbokgung Palace, which has received a positive response. Since its launch on December 4, an average of about 300 foreign tourists per day have been issued the card, proving its popularity.

Lotte Department Store plans to actively capture the steadily increasing demand from foreign tourists through this promotion. In fact, in the third quarter of this year, foreign sales at Lotte Department Store increased by 45% compared to the same period last year, and the main branch in Myeongdong, a key commercial hub, saw foreign customers account for 25% of total sales, cementing its status as a 'must-visit tourist destination.' Additionally, the 'Lotte Town Christmas Market' currently being held in Jamsil has seen the number of foreign customers more than double compared to last year, further establishing itself as a popular tourist spot for visitors to Korea.

Park Sangwoo, Head of Marketing at Lotte Department Store, stated, "With the spread of K-culture, the number of foreign tourists visiting Korea continues to grow, and we are very pleased to participate in such a meaningful event. We will continue to enhance a variety of services and benefits so that foreign customers can enjoy more convenient and satisfying shopping experiences, further strengthening the global competitiveness and status of K-retail."
