Sonoimready Wins Grand Prize in Customer Service at "Web Award Korea 2025"

Recognized for Excellence in User Experience Innovation

Sonostation announced on December 19 that its total life care service brand, Sonoimready, received the Grand Prize in the Member Services category of the Customer Service division at the Web Award Korea 2025.


The Web Award Korea is a leading domestic web service evaluation and awards event hosted by the Korea Internet Professionals Association. Each year, approximately 4,000 web expert evaluators select outstanding web services in various categories based on criteria such as visual design, content, usability, technological capability, and innovation.

Sonoimready was honored with the award in recognition of the innovative user experience offered through its newly revamped official website, which was completely redesigned in March of this year. Specifically, the brand was highly praised for implementing an intuitive UI/UX, creating customized pages for different customer types including expiring members, introducing a direct sign-up process, and incorporating CMS functions for member management to enhance operational efficiency.


The newly updated official website was designed with the goal of evolving into an "experience-based personalized service platform." It provides a customized user journey based on product subscription status and interests, and integrates the entire process from enrollment to funeral application into a single platform. The website also offers a balanced display of diverse service content, including funeral, travel, and wedding services, and has strengthened its dedicated consultation pages to support funeral directors' tablet-based consultations.


A representative from Sonostation stated, "We will continue to proactively identify customer needs to deliver a differentiated digital experience, while pursuing both brand growth and customer satisfaction."
