Recognized for Marketing Technology and Content Operations Capabilities
Digital marketing company FixUp has entered into an official partnership with Dazhong Dianping, China's leading lifestyle platform. This marks a rare case of a domestic advertising agency with less than one year of history establishing an official collaboration with a major overseas platform company, and the industry is evaluating this as an exceptional partnership centered on marketing capabilities.
Dazhong Dianping is the core platform of Meituan Group, China's largest O2O company. It is known that during the partner selection process, the company conducts a comprehensive evaluation not only of advertising execution experience but also content planning capabilities, operational technology, and data-driven strategy design. Due to the nature of the platform, it is considered difficult to form an official collaboration unless a company's understanding of the marketing structure and actual operational capabilities are thoroughly verified.
In this partnership, FixUp was recognized for its practical execution and technical capabilities as a marketing company, including the design of marketing strategies optimized for the Chinese platform environment, content planning and operational processes, and a data-driven performance management system.
In particular, the company received positive feedback during the collaboration process for designing a marketing structure tailored to the platform's characteristics and presenting content, operations, and performance management as an integrated framework.
An industry insider commented, "It is uncommon for a Chinese platform company to select a relatively new overseas marketing firm as an official partner. The fact that this has led to an actual collaboration means FixUp's marketing planning and technical operational capabilities have already been validated."
FixUp CEO Jung Hae-min stated, "This partnership demonstrates that competitiveness is not determined by size or history, but by how marketing is designed and actually operated. We plan to generate tangible results in the Chinese market based on a marketing structure that combines content, technology, and operational capabilities."
FixUp plans to use this agreement as a springboard to gradually expand collaborations with local Chinese platforms and continuously enhance its marketing technology and operational models to be effective in the global market as well.
