According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, as of 5 a.m., the temperatures in major regions were as follows: Seoul -0.6°C, Incheon 1.0°C, Suwon -2.8°C, Chuncheon -4.0°C, Gangneung 1.7°C, Cheongju 0.1°C, Daejeon -1.2°C, Jeonju 1.9°C, Gwangju 2.3°C, Jeju 7.8°C, Daegu -2.1°C, Busan 9.4°C, Ulsan 5.0°C, and Changwon 3.6°C. Daytime highs are forecast to range between 5°C and 16°C.
Until the morning, some inland areas nationwide may experience fog with visibility less than 1 kilometer.
Fine dust concentrations are expected to remain at 'good' to 'normal' levels across all regions, thanks to smooth atmospheric dispersion.
Wave heights are forecast to be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the coastal waters of the East and West Seas, and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the coastal waters of the South Sea. In the offshore areas (up to about 200 kilometers from the coastline), waves will reach 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East and West Seas, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the South Sea.
