The main issues raised by the Finance and Construction Committee included: requests to supplement and revise autonomous regulations; efforts to secure external funding through active participation in public project competitions; the need to improve the poor performance of fund management; maintenance of cooling and heated seats; strengthening the support system and improving the implementation structure for apartment complex remodeling; establishing fair execution standards for apartment support projects; re-examining negotiations for the construction of a public-private parking complex on the Naegok-dong parking lot site; investigating the actual condition and improving the system for distribution board locations; seeking effective operational plans for open-type ventilation smoking facilities; and strengthening support for dementia patients and their families, including establishing a public-private cooperation framework.

Chairman Ko Sunjae stated, "The administrative audit is the council’s most fundamental duty to oversee and keep the executive branch in check from the residents’ perspective," and added, "I hope that the issues raised during this audit will serve as an opportunity to implement more effective improvements and prepare alternatives for the future." He continued, "I also ask the executive branch to share their achievements so far, humbly reflect on shortcomings, and make necessary improvements."
