This training was designed as a participatory program to effectively and practically revitalize the organization and relieve stress, aiming to help employees recharge both physically and mentally amid increasing fieldwork and civil affairs. It also sought to foster opportunities for communication among public officials, encouraging voluntary participation from staff members.

The main programs included activities to promote communication within the organization, healing programs to relieve job-related stress, and small group discussions to strengthen unity. These received enthusiastic responses from participants.

Employees who attended the training commented, "It was a meaningful opportunity to communicate with colleagues," and added, "We hope there will be more chances in the future to communicate and empathize within the organization."

Lee Kidong, Director of Administration, stated, "Through this training, I hope employees will be able to relieve work-related stress and create a more vibrant organizational culture through mutual communication and empathy." He added, "We will continue to develop a variety of programs to enhance employee welfare and organizational capabilities going forward."
