BNK Kyongnam Bank announced on December 18 that it had jointly operated the "Visiting Employment Counseling Service for Women and Seniors" with the Masan Women's New Employment Center.

At the Visiting Employment Counseling Service for Women and Seniors, set up within the main branch's business department, professional employment counselors provided local women and seniors with high-quality job information and a variety of assessments.

In addition to employment counseling, personal color matching tests and the Pradiger career assessment were also conducted simultaneously, receiving a positive response.

The professional employment counselors guided women and seniors on the colors that suited them best through the personal color matching test, and offered advice on outfit selection and makeup techniques.

They also conducted the Pradiger career assessment to objectively identify participants' tendencies, strengths, and job suitability, providing practical direction for career planning and reemployment preparation.

About 120 local women and seniors participated in this employment counseling service, where all necessary assessments for employment were offered free of charge, making the event a great success.
