Especially since these areas offer convenient commuting to Seoul, their scarcity is being highlighted, leading to increased interest from genuine homebuyers."
Amid this trend, "Geomdan Centreville Edu City," supplied by Dongbu Construction in the Dangha-dong area of Seo-gu, Incheon, is gaining attention.
