Olympiad Education (CEO Cho Sugyeong) will conduct the ‘2026 Olympiad Mathematics Evaluation (OME)’ nationwide.
The test is open to students from 2nd grade elementary to 2nd grade middle school as of 2025, and non-enrolled students may also participate. Those wishing to take the test must register through the U2M and Olympiad Academy websites by January 15, 2026 (Thursday). The exam will be held on January 25, 2026 (Sunday) at designated test centers nationwide, and the results will be announced on February 13, 2026 (Friday).
OME is a nationwide mathematics assessment designed by Olympiad Education, leveraging 25 years of accumulated evaluation data. Its core features include comparing students’ academic levels on a national scale, AI-based academic achievement analysis, and providing personalized learning guidance.
The evaluation consists of 30 questions, covering essential competencies required at each grade level, from understanding curriculum concepts and advanced topics to creative and convergent thinking, as well as high-difficulty problems. Each participant will receive an AI-based achievement analysis report, which provides a breakdown by question, unit, domain, and difficulty level. The analysis results will be used for one-on-one learning consultations to help establish individualized study plans.
An Olympiad Education representative stated, “The 2026 Olympiad Mathematics Evaluation (OME) is distinguished by not only assessing current academic levels, but also by providing detailed analyses of students’ weaknesses and learning directions through AI-based analysis. As it is designed based on 25 years of accumulated evaluation data, it will serve as a reliable diagnostic tool.”
