In addition, the company has strengthened the transparency of its environmental management by expanding the scope of disclosure to include areas near its business sites and partner companies, in accordance with the disclosure standards of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD). In the social sector, HK Innoen has advanced its human rights and supply chain management systems to systematically manage potential risks in advance.

In particular, the company expanded the scope of its human rights impact assessments to include partner companies, identifying human rights risks across the entire supply chain and conducting sustainability due diligence for key suppliers. HK Innoen also systematized its partner support programs through ESG training, contributing to the establishment of a sustainable supply chain. In the governance sector, the company further strengthened its systems for responsible and transparent management. HK Innoen operates a Sustainability Management Committee under its board of directors, linking executive key performance indicators (KPIs) with ESG performance for evaluation. In addition, the company conducts annual evaluations of board and outside director activities and releases the results, thereby increasing stakeholder trust.

Kwak Dalwon, CEO of HK Innoen, stated, "This award is a recognition of our efforts to practice sustainable management across the areas of environment, society, and governance (ESG). We will continue to grow as a company that actively communicates with stakeholders and has a positive impact on society and the environment through responsible management."
