Some Units Offered at Discounted Prices... Expected to Sell Out Quickly
DL E&C announced that it will hold a re-bidding for some remaining commercial units within the "Anyang Urban Foret Nature & ePyeonhansesang" complex on Monday, December 22. Some units will be offered at a discount of about 20% off the original sale price, which is expected to lead to fierce competition.
The commercial space is located in Anyang-dong, Manan-gu, Anyang-si, Gyeonggi Province, and will be available in complexes 1, 3, and 4 out of a total of four complexes. Of the total 66 units, 17 units will be supplied in this round. Bidders must be at least 19 years old and currently residing in Korea. They can participate in the bidding after registering as a member on the official DL E&C website.
The bid deposit for each unit is 10 million won, and each person may bid on up to four units. The bidding will be held for two hours on Monday, December 22, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Winners and contract details will be individually notified.
This commercial complex benefits from a stable demand base with 2,329 households in "Anyang Urban Foret Nature & ePyeonhansesang" and an additional 3,200 households within a 500-meter radius. It also attracts a floating population of about 7,000 middle and high school and university students (as of 2024) from nearby schools such as Geunmyeong Middle and High School, Shinsung Middle and High School, and Anyang University. The presence of public institutions such as Anyang Tax Office, Anyang Manan Police Station, and the 119 Safety Center further boosts commercial activity in the area.
The commercial space is designed as a street-type shopping area in line with recent trends, offering excellent accessibility and visibility for customers. The layout connects the commercial units along the customer flow from complex 1 to complex 4, increasing dwell time and ensuring a stable floating population.
Additionally, the units are offered at a reasonable reserved price compared to surrounding commercial areas, providing strong price competitiveness. An official from Urban Kaiv Co., Ltd. stated, "This re-bidding is for remaining units that became available due to disqualification in previous rounds, and since they are offered at a more reasonable price compared to the original sale price, they are expected to be sold out quickly." He added, "Located along the main pedestrian routes of the apartment complex's stable demand and abundant surrounding demand, the commercial area is expected to significantly expand from the existing old commercial district near Anyang Station to a new commercial district near the complex."
The promotional center is located within the commercial complex on Naengcheon-ro, Manan-gu, Anyang-si, Gyeonggi Province.
