Da-in, an EAP (Employee Assistance Program) specialist and a subsidiary of Nudge Healthcare, announced on December 18 that it provided approximately 15,000 counseling sessions through Geunro Bokji Net in 2025. The company reported that these counseling sessions led to significant improvements in employees' psychological recovery.
According to Da-in, the results of the CORE-10 analysis showed that users' total risk scores decreased from 40.03 before counseling to 27.12 after counseling, marking an average reduction of 12.91 points (approximately 32%). CORE-10 is a psychological state tracking tool that evaluates not only depression, anxiety, and stress, but also daily functional decline and psychological risk factors. Lower scores indicate reduced psychological burden and improved functioning.
A decrease of more than 10 points in a short period suggests a clear recovery effect from counseling. This demonstrates a significant improvement in employees' psychological states after counseling. Satisfaction with the counseling was also high, with an average score of 4.82 out of 5.
There were also notable features in the user demographics. In 2025, 41.4% of counseling users were identified as vulnerable workers, including those engaged in emotional labor, non-regular employees, dual-income households, and victims of workplace bullying. EAP counseling support was found to be intensively and widely utilized among employee groups with high psychological burdens.
This year, in addition to counseling services, Da-in strengthened on-site support programs tailored to the types and characteristics of employees. For foreign workers, the company combined experiential activities with stress management coaching to help with emotional stability and workplace adaptation. For vulnerable groups, it enhanced daily recovery-focused programs such as art and horticulture-based activities, which increased satisfaction.
The residential healing and trauma recovery program, offered in conjunction with the Geunro Bokji Gongdan (Workers' Welfare Corporation) resort facilities, combined counseling with recovery activities. This program was highly rated for its effectiveness in promoting psychological stability and rejuvenation, recording high satisfaction levels.
Meanwhile, Da-in is also working to improve its internal organizational culture, not just supporting external workers. For the first time this year, the company received the 'Family-Friendly Certification' from the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family. As an EAP specialist, Da-in was recognized for implementing organizational culture values based on mental health both inside and outside the company. The Family-Friendly Certification is awarded to companies that exemplarily operate family-friendly systems, such as childbirth, childcare, educational support, and flexible work arrangements.
A Da-in representative stated, "This year, we achieved meaningful results by helping various employees experience psychological recovery and support through Geunro Bokji Net," adding, "We will continue to expand our professional EAP services to further improve employees' mental health."
