On December 17, the Yeongdeungpo Police Station in Seoul announced that it would summon Mr. Koo, CEO of PLUS7142 and the complainant in the personal information protection law violation case involving Chairman Lee, for questioning on December 24.

Previously, the People Power Party’s Party Affairs Audit Committee looked into allegations that, between September and November last year, posts criticizing former President Yoon and his wife were uploaded to the party member bulletin board under the names of former Chairman Han’s family members.

On December 9, Chairman Lee issued an urgent notice stating, "After checking the party member list, three people using the same names as former Chairman Han Donghoon's family members are registered in the same Gangnam-gu Byeong district in Seoul," and disclosed their real names. He also revealed that the last digits of these three individuals’ mobile phone numbers were identical.
