BNK Busan Bank to Open Financial Sector's First "Busan Integrated Support Center"

Public-Private Partnership with the Korea Inclusive Finance Agency
Targeting Opening in the First Half of Next Year

BNK Busan Bank announced on December 17 that it plans to open the "Busan Integrated Support Center" (tentative name), which will be jointly operated with the Korea Inclusive Finance Agency, within the first half of 2026. This will be the first initiative of its kind in the financial sector.

The Busan Integrated Support Center is the nation's first public-private partnership model for inclusive finance, led by Busan Bank, the region's representative bank. The concept of "integrated support" refers to an inclusive finance policy that provides comprehensive assistance in one place for local residents who face challenges related to finance, employment, and welfare.

Once the center opens, the Korea Inclusive Finance Agency will be responsible for policy finance guarantee work, as well as financial education and consultation services linking employment and welfare. Busan Bank will handle policy finance guarantee loans, and will also provide financial consultations and customized financial support for local residents.

Busan Bank also plans to expand its inclusive finance activities by utilizing mobile branches to deliver on-site financial services directly to areas with limited financial access. Through these efforts, the bank aims to address financial blind spots and enhance the practical financial convenience of local residents.
