Hyundai Motor Company launched the enhanced multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) Staria on December 17.
The new Staria is a facelift model unveiled by Hyundai Motor Company approximately four years and eight months after its initial release in April 2021. The company has improved the overall design and added various convenience features to further enhance the product’s value.
The Staria lineup is offered according to usage: the standard Staria model (Tourer LPI 11-seater, Hybrid 9- and 11-seater/Cargo LPI 3- and 5-seater, Hybrid 2- and 5-seater) and the premium passenger model Staria Lounge (LPI 7-seater, Hybrid 7- and 9-seater).
The new Staria features an exterior design that emphasizes a high-tech sensibility and an interior design equipped with a large 12.3-inch display. The front and rear suspension systems have been improved to ensure stable driving performance, and enhanced sound-absorbing and insulating materials have been used to achieve a quieter ride.
The next-generation infotainment system (ccNC) and wireless software updates (OTA) come standard, and customers can purchase display themes and streaming premium services through the Bluelink Store. In addition, the “Walk Away Lock” function automatically locks the doors when the driver walks away with luggage, adding convenience to daily work.
The starting price for the Staria is 32.59 million KRW for the LPG model and 36.17 million KRW for the hybrid model.
