Additionally, Cheongdo County achieved significant results through its "Support Project for GED Pass Classes," the only such initiative among local governments in the province, improving the pass rate by 20% annually and greatly enhancing participant satisfaction.

Furthermore, the county was recognized as a best practice for operating the "Lifelong Learning Delivery Lecture Project" to realize citizen-led lifelong learning, and for establishing a self-sustaining lifelong learning model centered on local leaders based on close cooperation with the Cheongdo County Village Lifelong Education Leaders Council.

The 2025 Lifelong Education Promotion Policy Evaluation was conducted for 22 cities and counties in the province to identify outstanding cases of lifelong education policies and share achievements to promote the spread of lifelong learning culture. The final award-winning institutions were announced on December 12 through a comprehensive evaluation based on 11 detailed criteria, including the establishment of a lifelong learning system, operation of the Provincial Happiness University, and promotion of excellent lifelong education policies.

Kim Hasu, Governor of Cheongdo County, stated, "Lifelong learning in Cheongdo County is evolving into a happy learning community where the region grows together, beyond the individual growth of learners," and added, "We will continue to strengthen a healthy learning ecosystem by building a sustainable Cheongdo Lifelong Learning Happy City where people with disabilities, middle-aged and older adults, families, and various groups come together."
