This townhall meeting, organized for the first time this year, is an on-site communication program where the management listens directly to the concerns of young people regarding housing and employment issues they experience in their daily lives, with the aim of reflecting these insights in the improvement of housing finance products and services.

A total of 40 participants attended the event, including interns working at Korea Housing Finance Corporation nationwide and young people from the Busan area. The attendees freely exchanged opinions on topics such as housing issues as experienced by the younger generation, their experiences using the corporation's products and suggestions for improvement, and practical concerns faced during the job search process.

Kim Kyunghwan, CEO of Korea Housing Finance Corporation, stated, "This is the first time we have created such an opportunity to directly hear the vivid voices of young people on the ground," and added, "We will work together to address the real challenges the next generation faces regarding housing and employment, and I will personally ensure that the opinions shared today lead to tangible improvements in our housing finance products and services."

Following the townhall meeting, the corporation also provided an educational program aimed at strengthening job readiness for participating young people, thereby offering practical support for their employment preparation.

An official from Korea Housing Finance Corporation said, "We plan to expand policies and services that contribute to housing stability and enhanced financial accessibility through ongoing communication with the younger generation."
