16 Participants to Be Selected
Sunchang County in North Jeolla Province is publicly recruiting 16 participants for the "2026 First Half Administrative Internship Program" until the 19th.
According to the county on December 16, this administrative internship program has been implemented since 2020. It is designed to provide university students and unemployed young people with opportunities to directly experience various administrative workplaces.

Eligible applicants are university students (including those on leave of absence) or unemployed youth under the age of 34 who are registered residents of Sunchang County as of the announcement date. Applications can be submitted in person to the Human Resources and Lifelong Education Team of the county's Administration Department, or by mail or e-mail, using the application form and required documents posted on the county website.
Of the 16 participants to be selected, 4 will be given priority among applicants from low-income households and those applying for distant work locations, while the remaining 12 will be selected through the general selection process. All selections will be made by electronic lottery.
The selected interns will work for four weeks, from January 5 to January 31, 2025. They will gain hands-on administrative experience and provide civil service assistance in 10 departments of the main office and affiliated organizations. An orientation will be held to explain work guidelines and procedures for the administrative interns.
County Governor Choi Youngil stated, "This will be a valuable opportunity for university students and unemployed youth to directly experience county administration and understand the flow of public affairs. The county will ensure that the administrative internship program makes a meaningful contribution to enhancing participants' employability."
