This year's parent education was conducted a total of 28 times in three formats: regular sessions, themed sessions, and special lectures, with a total of 407 participants. Participation by session type was as follows: 178 for regular parent education, 159 for themed parent education, and 70 for special lectures.

The regular parent education was held twice a month, covering topics such as "Developmental Characteristics of Adolescence" and "Effective Communication Methods." The themed education addressed high-demand topics among parents, such as "ADHD" and "Media Moderation," using both basic and advanced approaches. In the first and second half special lectures, topics like "Mindfulness" and "Neuroscience" were delivered in an outreach format to improve accessibility.

Parents who participated in the program responded positively, saying, "It was practically helpful to hear directly from experts about topics I was interested in," and "Each lecture gave me an opportunity to reflect on my parenting." In particular, satisfaction was high with the Q&A-focused lecture format, and many noted that repeated participation boosted their parenting confidence.

The city believes that the package parent education plays a significant role in strengthening parents' emotional support and practical parenting capacity. Therefore, it plans to continue operating programs next year by selecting those that parents actually need.

Mayor Lee Hyun-jae of Hanam City emphasized, "Hanam City will continue to expand topics and educational methods that parents are genuinely interested in and seek out, steadily providing practical support for raising adolescent children," adding, "We will go beyond simply delivering knowledge to offer tailored support that addresses both the emotional well-being and capabilities of parents."
