The All-in-One Lifestyle Complex 'Cheonan Humanville First City' Creates a Paradise for Hobbies

'Cheonan Humanville First City,' located in the Seongseong residential district of Cheonan, is attracting attention as an "all-in-one lifestyle complex" where residents can exercise, enjoy hobbies, relax, work, study, and even host guests-all within the community.


This type of design, which allows residents to take care of all aspects of daily life within the complex, is leaving a strong impression on consumers as it aligns with rapidly changing lifestyle trends. Since the pandemic, a social atmosphere of reduced outdoor activities has become the norm. In addition, rising prices, traffic congestion, and fine dust have led to a growing perception that "it's better to do everything at home." As a result, demand for residential products that allow for leisure and hobbies within the community has surged.


The emergence of the neologism "Home Ludens," meaning "a person who plays at home," reflects the rise of the "indoor lifestyle" trend, where people rest, play, and exercise at home. In particular, as families raise their expectations for indoor community spaces, there has been a steady increase in the popularity of complexes with diverse hobby facilities in the recent housing market.


'Cheonan Humanville First City,' located in the Seongseong residential district of Chungnam Cheonan, is perfectly in tune with these changes. With a total of 1,541 households, the complex features a large-scale community facility equipped with various specialized amenities, allowing residents to enjoy a wide range of hobbies and relaxation without having to travel far.
