Expansion of Exports for Botulinum Toxin 'Botulax' and HA Filler 'The Chaeum' Products
On December 15, Hugel Inc., a global total medical aesthetics company, received the Special Award in the Export Category at the 9th Gangwon Exporters' Day.
Gangwon Exporters' Day is an event co-hosted by Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province and the Korea International Trade Association, which recognizes companies headquartered or operating factories in Gangwon Province that have successfully developed stable overseas markets and achieved outstanding results for more than two years. Hugel was recognized for expanding its export destinations and increasing its export volume.
Thanks to the steady growth of its botulinum toxin product 'Botulax' and HA filler 'The Chaeum,' more than 60% of Hugel's total sales come from exports. Based on annual performance, the company has exported to 30 countries with export amounts exceeding 10,000 US dollars per country, earning praise for significantly expanding its global market presence.
Jang Doohyun, CEO of Hugel, stated, "Hugel is maintaining a strong global growth trajectory, with its superior product competitiveness recognized in over 70 countries worldwide," and added, "We will continue to solidify our brand position as a leading K-Aesthetics company in the global market."
Meanwhile, 61% of Hugel's employees are either residents of Gangwon Province or graduates of universities in Gangwon, contributing to stable local job creation.
