[Weather] Daytime Highs Up to 14°C... Fine Dust in Seoul at 'Bad' Level

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, as of 5 a.m., temperatures in major regions were as follows: Seoul 2.5°C, Incheon 4.2°C, Suwon 2.2°C, Chuncheon -0.4°C, Gangneung 5.3°C, Cheongju 3.0°C, Daejeon 1.7°C, Jeonju 3.8°C, Gwangju 2.5°C, Jeju 7.4°C, Daegu -1.9°C, Busan 3.2°C, Ulsan 1.2°C, and Changwon 1.9°C. Daytime highs are forecast to range from 4°C to 14°C.

The fine dust concentration in southern Seoul and Gyeonggi Province will reach 'bad' levels. Air quality in Incheon, northern Gyeonggi Province, and South Chungcheong Province will deteriorate from the evening, while Daejeon, Sejong, and North Chungcheong Province will also experience poor air quality at night.

Wave heights in the seas off the east coast will range from 0.5 to 2.0 meters, and from 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the seas off the west and south coasts. In the offshore areas (up to about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights will be 1.0 to 2.5 meters in the East Sea and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West and South Seas.
