The Family-Friendly Certification system is awarded to companies and public institutions that exemplary operate family-friendly systems, such as support for childbirth and child-rearing and flexible work arrangements, so that employees can achieve a balance between work and family. The certification is valid for three years.
Sparrow has actively practiced family-friendly management by implementing various programs, including a flexible commuting system that allows employees to choose their working hours according to their individual circumstances, a refreshment program that provides vacation and vacation allowances every three years of continuous service, a housing loan program, and support for self-development expenses.
