KB Kookmin Bank announced on December 14 that it has signed a business agreement with Vinulabs Inc., the operator of Everytime, Korea's leading university life platform.
Everytime is a university life platform that offers a variety of useful features for students, such as creating class schedules and checking lecture reviews. With a cumulative 7.85 million registered users and 2.9 million monthly active users (MAU), it has established itself as an essential app for college students by partnering with 377 university campuses nationwide.
Through this agreement, the two companies plan to collaborate on launching partnership products and services for university students, planning and marketing both financial and non-financial partnership content, and platform cooperation projects to enhance campus life convenience.
As their first joint initiative, they plan to introduce a simple account payment service within Everyuniz, a commerce platform specializing in Generation Z (born in the mid-1990s to early 2010s), linked to the Everytime app, in time for the new semester next year.
A KB Kookmin Bank representative stated, "Through this agreement, we hope that college students will be able to naturally access financial services in their everyday campus life," adding, "We will continue to provide customized services to further enhance the convenience of student life going forward."
