2,594 Units to Be Offered for Sale Across 7 Complexes Nationwide Next Week [Real Estate AtoZ]

Next week, a total of 2,594 apartment units will begin sales across seven complexes nationwide.

According to Real Estate R114 on December 13, in the third week of December, apartment sales will be conducted for 2,594 units (1,972 general sales units) across seven complexes nationwide. This represents a decrease of 7,408 units compared to the previous week.

Applications will be accepted at seven locations, including 'Yeoksam Central Xi' in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; 'Yongin Prugio One Cluster Park' in Yangji-myeon, Cheoin-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do; and 'Songdo Hannaedeul Central River (RC3)' in Songdo-dong, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon.

GS Engineering & Construction will begin sales of 'Yeoksam Central Xi' in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The complex consists of four buildings, with three basement levels and up to 17 floors above ground, totaling 237 units. Of these, 87 units with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 122 square meters will be offered for general sale.

Located near Hanti Station on the Suin-Bundang subway line, the complex offers excellent proximity to the Gangnam business district via nearby roads such as Teheran-ro and Gangnam-daero. Nearby educational institutions include Dogok Elementary School, Yeoksam Middle School, and Jinseon Girls' Middle and High School, all within walking distance of the Daechi-dong private education district.
