Hallym University, together with Hallym Polytechnic University and Kyungdong University, set up a joint exhibition booth to introduce the roles of local universities in lifelong education and directions for collaboration. The design and content of the booth were systematically organized based on Hallym University's experience and expertise. Hallym Polytechnic University was responsible for promotion and exhibition, while Kyungdong University operated a "wagashi (Japanese confectionery) making" experience program.

In particular, the Hallym University Community Education Center comprehensively introduced its RISE project-linked initiatives, including a five-year strategy for lifelong education, flagship educational programs, a learner growth system, and cooperation models with local governments and institutions. The center also demonstrated its self-developed open platform for lifelong learning and provided guidance on registration for local residents, supporting the digital expansion of lifelong learning in the region.

The event featured a variety of programs, including university, city and county, and institutional promotion and experience halls; awards for outstanding learners; expert lectures; presentations of best practices; and workshops for literacy teachers and learning clubs. It was evaluated as an opportunity to demonstrate that university-centered knowledge and resource integration can serve as a key foundation for the development of lifelong education in Gangwon Province.

Choi Kyungho, Director of the Hallym University Community Education Research Center, stated, "Hallym University is developing more sophisticated, customized lifelong education programs through close cooperation with the local community. Going forward, the university will continue to serve as a central cluster connecting the region, building a sustainable lifelong education ecosystem that contributes to the real lives and growth of local residents."
