Firefighters who fight fiercely on the boundary between life and death.

The vertical garden is an intelligent garden (smart garden) measuring approximately 2.3 meters in height and 3 meters in length.

Equipped with an automated irrigation and lighting system, it provides environmental improvements such as air purification, stress relief, and indoor humidity control.

In particular, the nature-friendly environment is expected to help firefighters recover both physically and mentally, especially as they are prone to fatigue due to repeated dispatches and shift work.

In addition to the vertical garden, the Mind-Body Stabilization Room is also furnished with a recliner sofa, massage chair, and aquarium, providing a space where staff can relax and recharge.

An official from Namulju Fire Station stated, "We hope the vertical garden and healing facilities will provide practical support for the stability and recovery of our staff," adding, "We will continue to strive for better welfare so that our firefighters can protect citizens' safety in optimal condition."

Located on Deokjeong-ro in Cheongnyang-eup, Ulju-gun, the Cheongnyang 119 Safety Center is a newly opened facility as of October 14, with a site area of 761 square meters and a total floor area of 950 square meters across three above-ground floors.
