Minister of Unification Jeong Dongyoung stated on the 10th that he would release a statement tomorrow morning regarding allegations of receiving money and valuables from the Unification Church, which surfaced during the special investigation into Kim Keonhee.

Speaking with reporters that day, Minister Jeong said, "Tomorrow, I will clearly explain the facts and circumstances regarding the allegations of receiving money and valuables. Once I explain, you will find that the matter is quite trivial."
Previously, a media outlet reported that Yoon Youngho, the former head of the Unification Church World Headquarters-considered the second-in-command at the Unification Church-testified during the Kim Keonhee special investigation that he had delivered money and valuables to five current and former lawmakers from both the ruling and opposition parties, including Minister Jeong.
