Comprehensive Career, Education, and Employment... Kyungnam College of Information & Technology Holds 'Innovation Support Project FESTA'

From December 2 to 3, 2025, Kyungnam College of Information & Technology held the '2025 KIT Innovation Support Project Career·Education·Employment FESTA' at the 50th Anniversary Memorial Hall.

This event was organized as an achievement exhibition for the 2025 College Innovation Support Project, aiming to share educational and extracurricular achievements and to support students in career exploration, strengthening their major competencies, and preparing for employment. On the first day, more than 1,000 participants, including enrolled students, international students, adult learners, and faculty and staff, showed great interest.

The exhibition hall was divided into four zones: Career Zone, Education Zone, Employment Zone, and Community Zone, with over 40 booths in operation. In the Career Zone, career, psychological, and academic counseling, card-based career counseling, and ESG experience programs were offered. The Education Zone featured exhibitions from the Departments of Computer Science, Nursing, Early Childhood Education, Social Welfare, and Dental Hygiene, showcasing capstone design projects, portfolios, and national competition award-winning works. Hands-on activities such as taping experiences, 3D printer demonstrations, dental check-ups, and scalp and hair analysis also attracted attention.

In the Employment Zone, practical employment support programs such as job consulting, mock interview guidance, and personal color analysis were provided. The Community Zone featured programs tailored to the digital transformation era, including generative AI project presentations, AI education video screenings, AI-based mini sessions, and short-form video production demonstrations. A 6-meter LED large screen was used for screening programs, and time-slotted game programs such as Nintendo Sports and Just Dance added excitement to the event atmosphere.

Additionally, student participation programs such as a stamp tour, SNS certification event, and memory spot event were conducted. Participating students collected stamps by visiting booths and uploaded certification photos to SNS to take part in various prize events.

Lee Sungwook, Head of the Innovation Support Project Group, emphasized, "This event was designed so that students could connect and experience their majors, career paths, and employment, providing a valuable opportunity to directly see and experience the achievements of the Innovation Support Project."
