About 10,000 Units to Be Offered in 10 Complexes Nationwide Next Week [Real Estate AtoZ]

Next week, a total of approximately 10,000 housing units will be supplied across 10 complexes nationwide.

According to Real Estate R114 on December 6, a total of 10,002 units (3,646 units for general sale) will be offered in 10 complexes across the country during the second week of December. This represents a decrease of 719 units compared to the previous week.

Applications will be accepted at locations such as 'Namyangju Wangsuk B-17 (Public Sale)' in Jinjeop-eup, Namyangju, Gyeonggi Province; 'Changwon Central I-Park' in Sinwol-dong, Changwon, South Gyeongsang Province; and 'Gunpo Daeyami A-2 Newlywed Hope Town (Public Sale)' in Daeyami-dong, Gunpo, Gyeonggi Province.

The supply for blocks A24 and B17 in the Namyangju Wangsuk District totals 881 units, consisting of 629 units for pre-sale applications and 252 units for the main sale (special and general supply).

Block A24 is designated as a Newlywed Hope Town, while Block B17 is for public sale. The main sale consists of 164 units in Block A24 and 88 units in Block B17. The average sale price for both blocks is set at 18.8 million won per 3.3 square meters, which is lower than the market price in the surrounding area. The sale price for a 55㎡ exclusive unit in Block A24 is set at around 460 million won, while the 74㎡ and 84㎡ exclusive units in Block B17 are priced at approximately 560 million won and 640 million won, respectively. Move-in is scheduled for December 2028.

'Changwon Central I-Park,' which is being constructed through the Sinwol 2 District housing reconstruction and maintenance project in Seongsan-gu, Changwon, South Gyeongsang Province, will also be available for sale.

The complex consists of 12 buildings with 2 basement levels and up to 33 floors above ground, offering units ranging from 59㎡ to 103㎡ for a total of 1,509 units. Of these, 36 units (59㎡ each) will be available for general sale.

Within a 1-kilometer radius of the complex are infrastructure facilities such as Changwon City Hall, Seongsan Art Hall, Daedong Department Store, Lotte Department Store, E-Mart, and Sangnam Market, providing convenient living. The area also offers a pleasant residential environment with parks like Gaeumjeong Park and Yongji Park. Changwon National Industrial Complex is within a 10-minute drive, and schools such as Sangnam Elementary, Towol Middle, and Changwon Sinwol High are within walking distance.
