Kyungbok University recently signed a business agreement with the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education to establish a talent pool for after-school programs in kindergartens.
Under this agreement, kindergartens in Gyeonggi Province will be able to quickly hire current students and graduates of Kyungbok University's Department of Early Childhood Education as after-school staff through a talent pool built on the education office's website, without the need for separate job postings.

Through this agreement, students in the Department of Early Childhood Education have secured stable employment opportunities that allow them to directly utilize their major. In particular, the official recruitment channel provided by the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education's talent pool system enables highly reliable job matching. In addition, students can now follow a step-by-step career path from part-time or temporary positions to full-time and homeroom teacher roles.
Jeon Jiyong, President of Kyungbok University, stated, "This agreement will serve as a hub that systematically supports job placement and career development for prospective teachers, while also improving the quality of early childhood education in the local community, based on the achievements of our collaboration with the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education."
