Kibo has expanded competency-based blind recruitment and socially equitable hiring in line with the government's youth employment promotion policy, selecting a record-high 111 new employees. The number of hires by job category includes: 102 in technology guarantee and technology evaluation, 5 in IT, and 4 in credit management.

In addition, to fulfill its social responsibility as a public institution through balanced recruitment, Kibo conducted "Campus Recruiting Visits" and "Recruitment Briefings for Veterans," and actively carried out hiring activities targeting groups with limited access to employment information. As a result, the company recruited a diverse group of talent, including 61 local talents from non-metropolitan areas, 11 veterans, 2 individuals with disabilities, and 4 high school graduates.

As a comprehensive support institution for small and medium-sized ventures, Kibo has continued to expand the recruitment of PhDs and science and engineering professionals to strengthen its expertise in technology evaluation, and currently employs about 290 PhD-level professionals. This year, more than 1,200 applicants competed for positions in the PhD and science and engineering fields, resulting in the hiring of 9 PhDs and 37 science and engineering professionals, as well as other specialists such as certified tax accountants.

Kim Joungho, Chairman of Kibo, stated, "Kibo will continue to actively recruit regional talent by addressing information asymmetry in employment, and will take the lead in creating high-quality public sector jobs in response to the new government's youth employment policies, establishing itself as a leading public institution."
