With its selection for these two projects, Kyung Hee University has secured a systematic support infrastructure for the entire startup lifecycle, including support for the growth of on-campus startups, technology commercialization, investment linkage, global expansion, and the spread of new industry (DIPS) startups.

Centered around the Campus Town Project Group, Kyung Hee University aims to strengthen the competitiveness of technology startups and new industry startups both on and off campus, expand the industry-academia-research foundation, and foster globally promising startups such as "baby unicorns." The university is also pursuing a strategy to advance the startup ecosystem focused on technology and new industries, particularly in AI, Bio, and Contents (ABC).

As part of the project, the Kyung Hee University Campus Town Project Group held the "2025 Kyung Hee University Campus Town Demo Day" at 1 PM on December 4. The event was organized in connection with the RISE Project to share the achievements of startups and promote investment attraction.

This Demo Day features eight promising startup teams in the AI and Bio sectors. They will conduct IR (Investor Relations) pitching presentations, showcase their startup items, and participate in networking between startups and investors, seeking to create tangible investment opportunities. The event will also include a report on the 2025 achievements of the Campus Town Project Group, an announcement of the 2026 startup recruitment plan, and an information session on the RISE Project.

Ryu Seokhee, Head of the Campus Town Project Group, stated, "Demo Day is a platform where the university's startup resources, local community, and industry come together to drive innovation," adding, "We will expand the innovative capabilities of young startups throughout society and build a sustainable startup ecosystem where the region, university, and industry grow together."
