On December 4, Leading Investment & Securities announced that Hecto Innovation has been selected as a global partner for 'Arc,' the stablecoin-dedicated blockchain mainnet of 'Circle.' The company has thereby strengthened its foundation for new stablecoin businesses and secured mid- to long-term investment points. No investment opinion or target price was provided.

Han Jeyoon, a researcher at Leading Investment & Securities, analyzed, "By joining the Arc ecosystem, Hecto Innovation has received official recognition that its wallet technology meets global standards and that its technological capabilities are also considered 'top-tier globally.'"

He also pointed out that the company has established a strategic foundation that directly links to the cross-border settlement business of its subsidiary, Hecto Financial. In addition, having Circle as a reference is expected to enable aggressive business expansion in the future, which is seen as a notable mid- to long-term investment point.

Arc, the stablecoin-dedicated mainnet that Circle has announced it will build, is a blockchain mainnet designed specifically for on-chain financial activities by corporations and financial institutions.

The internalization of Hecto Innovation’s digital wallet technology was also highlighted. Han noted, "Digital wallets are considered a core technology in the stablecoin sector, serving as the gateway to next-generation payment interfaces." Regarding the recently acquired 'Wallet One,' he explained, "It is the leading company in wallet commercialization, having completed the most projects in the field, and has proven both its technological prowess and reliability."

He further analyzed, "Through the acquisition of 'Wallet One,' Hecto Innovation has simultaneously secured wallet technology, a regulatory compliance system (VASP), and financial sector references-all essential elements for Web3 businesses-thereby accelerating its entry into the emerging stablecoin industry."
