Four New Executive Directors Selected
On November 27, Cheil Worldwide announced its regular executive appointments for 2026, promoting Yuseok Jung, Executive Director overseeing the Middle East and Africa (MEA), to Vice President, and appointing four new Executive Directors.

Vice President Jung was recognized for expanding business in the Middle East, and for enhancing brand experiences by leveraging his expertise in domestic advertising to scale up the experiential marketing business.
This round of appointments includes talents with core competencies across diverse fields such as global business, creativity, and management diagnostics. The company also strengthened diversity by appointing a female leader in the creative field and a foreign leader in global marketing strategy.
Seulgi Lee, newly promoted to Executive Director, is a creative expert recognized for elevating client brand value through the creation of numerous successful campaigns and winning domestic and international advertising awards.
Junho Lee was acknowledged for proactively managing operational risks through domestic and international management diagnostics, and for enhancing operational efficiency and business fundamentals by improving work processes.
Jiwon Choi, as head of the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) region, was credited for expanding key advertiser agency business in the area and contributing to business stabilization by developing non-affiliated clients.
Eldad Heilweil, the foreign executive, is a global brand communication and campaign strategy expert who has successfully contributed to integrated marketing projects, including flagship products for major advertisers.
