Seungbae Kim, Association President: "We Will Continue to Discover Outstanding Cases"

The Korea Developer Association (KODA) presented its inaugural "KODA Developer Awards" in celebration of its 20th anniversary, with "Lake Como Dongtan" by Woomi Construction receiving the Grand Prize.

The association announced on the 26th that it selected and awarded five projects at the 20th anniversary event held on the 20th at the Grand Intercontinental Seoul Parnas in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

Lake Como Dongtan, which won the Grand Prize, was recognized as a new-concept mixed-use commercial space that goes beyond residential and commercial functions to reflect the local lifestyle. As the largest commercial facility in Dongtan 2 New City, it achieved a 95% occupancy rate within three years of completion. The project received high marks for its "lifestyle park" concept, which leveraged its location near Lake Park, and for its systematic operation and management that contributed to stabilizing the local commercial area.
